Sports Performance


Being a successful athlete involves commitment, dedication and a high level of physical fitness.  However, that is not all you need.  Research has shown that successful sports performance has more to do with mental ability as opposed to physical ability.  Of course, you have to bit fit and healthy, but if you lack the mental attitude then you will not achieve your full potential.


Hypnosis has been used for many years by top athletes, including the golfers Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus and the boxer Glen Catley.  These athletes have used hypnotherapy to stay focused, block out distractions and improve their confidence.
